Knowledge with a purpose
Retrieve the information that relates to a question, across the sources selected for your implementation.
Present references alongside responses so people can inspect the original material and apply their own judgement.
Agree content owners, update processes and review cycles to help the knowledge base reflect current information.
A foundation worth getting right
Uploading everything is rarely the best first step. We work with you to choose content that is relevant, reliable and appropriate for the people using it.
Begin with useful, representative documents. Identify conflicting versions, gaps and outdated information.
Define who should see which content and assess how those rules will be implemented in your environment.
Name the people responsible for content quality and updates, and establish how changes enter the system.
Building your foundation
Choose a focused collection that supports a specific set of questions or tasks. Product guides, internal procedures and service playbooks can be useful starting points, provided they have clear ownership and are up to date.
No system can guarantee that. Relevant source material, source references, evaluation and human review help manage the risk. Missing, ambiguous or contradictory information needs explicit handling in the workflow.
Hosting, model providers, data handling and retention are agreed for each implementation. We do not claim a particular data residency, certification or deployment model on this website.
Update frequency and method depend on your source systems and integration scope. We define ownership and a refresh process during the project, rather than assuming every source updates in real time.
